摘要 目的 :为了进一步认识边缘窦内皮细胞在血脾屏障中的地位和作用。方法 :2 5只小白鼠 ,一次性静脉注射0 5ml1 %炭粒生理盐水混悬液。注射后分别于 3h ,1d ,3d ,7d ,1 4d ,2 8d取脾组织作光镜、电镜和免疫组化染色观察。结果 :边缘窦内皮细胞能吞噬、消化、处理炭粒。结论 :边缘窦内皮细胞是构成血脾屏障的主体 。 Objective:To understand the function of splenic marginal sinus endothelial cells in blood spleen barrier.Methods:Each of 25 healthy Kunming mice was injected with 0.5 ml 1% saline solution with carbon particles and from tail vein.Histological and immunohistochemical staining techniques were used to inspect the marginal sinus endothelial cells by light and electron microscope at 3 h,in 1 d,3 d,7 d,14 d and 28 d after intravenous injection.Results:The marginal sinus endothelial.cells possessed the function of phagocytosis,digestion and removing of carbon particles.Conclusion:Marginal sinus endothelial cells partcipate in the composition of blood spleen barrier.
