抗衰抗疲劳胶囊对血液生化指标影响人群调查研究

Group investigation on of effects of anti - decrepitude and anti-fatigue capsule onbiochemisal index of human Mood.

目的以冬虫夏草菌丝体、枸杞多糖、红景天多糖为主要功效成分的抗衰抗疲劳胶囊由本室研制。本文采用人群调查方法,研究抗衰抗疲劳胶囊对人体主要血液生化指标(Alt、Ast、Cre、BUN、TC、TG、HDL-C、TP、Alb、血糖)的影响,分析该复合方剂可能的作用和作用机制。方法用整群抽样法在太原地区抽取三个单位共123例正常健康人,年龄35～60岁。第0日随机分成实验组(A)和对照组(B)后进行服药前体格检查;采用双盲法,第1日开始服用药物,第20日时集中采血行第二次体格检查。。结果用SAS软件进行统计学分析。结果实验组(A)血清TG明显下降(8.61％),HDL-C有增高(3.43％),经分析有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论抗衰抗疲劳胶囊的作用原理主要是增强体内脂蛋白脂酶(LPL)活性,使TG分解加快,引起血清TG下降,说明本制剂在降血脂及抗动脉粥样硬化方面有明显的预防和治疗作用;同时该制剂能降低体内蛋白质供能程度,提高机体的适应能力,对抗疲劳有明显效果。

Objective To study the effect of kahgshuai kangpilao capsule on main biochemical index (Alt, Ast, Cre, BUN, TC, TG, HDL- C, TL, Alb, glucose) and related action mechanism.The capsule developed by our section is composed of cordyceps sinensis (Cs), lycium barbarum polysaccharide (LBS) and calidroside (Sal) .Methods 123 volunteers (35 ~ 60 years old) from Tai yuan were divided into two groups (A and B) by random sampling.The first medical test was performed before experiment.Then they took the capsules everyday in the following 20 days, one capsule after breakfast and supper. The second test was performed in the 20th day .The data were analyzed by SAS software. Result Compared with group B, TG value significantly decreased by 8.61% and HDL- C increased by 3.43% in group A (P< 0.05) .Conclusions The capsule have latent value in decreasing the level of lipoprotein in plasma and curing arteriosclerosis.
