摘要
作为对滑动轴承油膜从层流到紊流过渡区域的研究,本文采用原始变量,应用解决三维抛物型流动的思想方法,分别求解Navier-Stokes方程组中周向(主流方向)动量方程和径向、轴向(横截面流动)动量方程,计算了同心圆柱轴承油膜在超层流工况下Taylor涡旋的速度场、压力场,较全面地计算分析了不同间隙比、不同泰勒数、不同波长比对涡旋的影响,并计算了内、外圆柱上的摩擦阻力矩,为进一步解决偏心圆柱轴承的问题准备了条件。
This paper investigates the transition region from laminar to turbulent flow of the oil film in jour-
nal bearing. By means of primitive variables and with the concept for solving three dimensional
parabolic flow, the momentum equations in Navier-Stokes equations are solved; the velocity and pres-
sure field of Taylor vortex in concentric cylinders of bearing are computed; the effects of clearance ra-
tio, Taylor number and wave length ratio are relatively comprehensively analysed; and the frictional
moment on the inner and outer cylinder are calculated. Besides, this work lays a foundation for further
solving the problem of eccentric cylinders of bearing.
