对湖南平和堂商业大厦投入使用后 3年来空调、通风、防排烟系统的运行情况进行了追踪调查、分析和总结 。

Investigates running of the air-conditioning system, ventilating system and smoke control and extraction system in the three years since the building came into use. Based on the operating conditions, analyses and finds some problems calling attention to in design of synthetic emporium and office buildings.
