药品电子商务监管的初步探索

Discussion on the Management of Drug E-Commerce

本文对药品电子商务的定义、药品的特殊性以及我国和国外药品电子商务目前状况作了介绍 ,分析了网上售药存在的问题 。

The definition of drug e-commerce, the particularity of drugs and the present status of international drug e-commerce are discussed in this paper. The problems existing in the drug distribution by Internet is analyzed and the countermeasure is offered.
