摘要
研究了脱除柴油中碱性氮化物的一种化学萃取法。考察了试剂及剂油比、碱洗浓度对碱性氮脱除率的影响。结果表明 ,该方法能有效地脱出柴油中碱性氮化物。当柴油中加入的脱氮剂与柴油剂油比为 1∶4 5 0 (质量比 )、试剂与柴油剂油比为 1∶9(体积比 )时碱性氮脱除效果最好。在该条件下鞍山直柴碱性氮脱除率为 84 .9%、催柴为 98.9% ,同时柴油的实际胶质和外观色度也得到了改善。
A new chemical extraction to remove basic nitrogen was studied in this paper. Effects of different of reagents and its catalyst oil ratio, concentration of alkali liquid on removal of basic nitrogen were investigated. The results show that the basic nitrogen of diesel oil can be removed effectively by this method. The effect of removal of basic nitrogen is best at the condition that the ratio of catalyst to oil, the ratio of remove nitrogen reagent to diesel oil L02 reagent are 1∶450(ratio of mass),1∶9(ratio of cubage) respectively. The ratio of removal for basic nitrogen of Anshan straight-run diesel oil and catalyzed diesel oil are 84.9%,98.9% accordingly. At the same time, the surface color and actual colloid of diesel oil are improved greatly.
