摘要
目的 探讨内毒素 (LPS)和IFN γ对巨噬细胞免疫调节功能的影响。方法 LPS或IFN γ体外处理小鼠腹腔原代巨噬细胞后 ,采用混合细胞培养结合3 H TdR掺入法 ,研究巨噬细胞对ConA介导的脾淋巴细胞增殖反应的影响。结果 LPS和IFN γ作为刺激剂在体外实验中 ,可以明显地增强与巨噬细胞混合培养的脾脏淋巴细胞的增殖反应。结论 LPS和IFN γ可以体外调变巨噬细胞 。
Objective To investigate the effects of endotoxin(lipopolysaccharides, LPS) and interferon gamma on the immune regulation function of macrophage.Methods Murine peritoneal primary macrophages were treated with LPS or interferon gamma and cultured together with target cells.The effects of macrophages on ConA mediated splenic lymphocytes proliferation were measured with 3H TdR incorporation.Results LPS and IFN γ can elevate the stimulation index of macrophages to splenic lymphocytes proliferation in vitro.Conclusion LPS and IFN γ involve in immunal regulation by modulating macrophages in vitro.
