Strengthen Scientific Organization and Management to Ensure a Success of the Key Projects of Qinghai- Tibet Railway for 2002

阐述了2002年青藏铁路建设的重点任务;从质量、环保、施工图设计与咨询、施工工艺、过程控制、成品质量评估等方面,提出要突破青藏铁路多年冻土技术难题,实现建设工程质量和环境保护双优;同时指出要全面硬化并严格履行合同,提升青藏铁路的项目管理水平。

The paper brings forward the key construction tasks of Qinghai-Tibet railway in 2002 and points out that it is necessary to tackle the permafrost technological problems encountered in the construction of the railway aiming at superior construction quality and environment protection in such areas as engineering details and consultation, construction technology, process control, finished project quality evaluation and etc. It also points out that we should fully confirm and strictly perform the contract and improve the project management of the railway.
