摘要 随着环保意识的加强 ,对汽油中的烯烃含量限制越来越严格。针对近期的发展动态 ,从FCC技术、醚化改质技术、芳构化改质技术及加氢精制改质技术等方面介绍了催化裂化汽油降烯烃生产技术的进展。对FCC汽油生产过程本身进行改造的方法简单易行。轻汽油醚化和芳构化改质技术不仅降低了FCC汽油中烯烃含量 ,同时大大提高汽油的辛烷值 ,但汽油中醚类及芳烃的含量都有一定的限制。FCC汽油全馏分加氢精制从根本上解决其烯烃含量过高的问题 ,但汽油辛烷值损失较大。因此 ,研究人员研究开发了选择性加氢催化剂及工艺 ,可使汽油的安定性有较大的提高 ,且其辛烷值无大的损失 。 With the improvement of environmental protection concern, the requirement for combustion quality of gasoline becomes much stricter. Based on the trends of developing technologies in decreasing olefin of FCC gasoline, the technology of FCC, etherification, aromatization and hydrorefinement are reviewed in this paper. Improving the process of FCC gasoline is the effective measure to decrease olefins of FCC gasoline. Etherification of FCC light gasoline and aromatization decrease olefins of FCC gasoline whereas increase octane number greatly. However, the content of aromatics and ethers are restricted in gasoline. The content of the olefin in FCC gasoline could be reduced completely by the aid of the hydrorefinement method. Nevertheless the octane number of gasoline would fall sharply, while olefin was being saturated completely. Hence, researchers developed selective hydrogenation catalysts and technology that could clearly increase its stability and decrease the loss of octane number of FCC gasoline.
