摘要
海上石油平台退役与拆除是一项涉及许多领域的系统工程,退役拆除的模式也是各式各样。任何海上石油平台的退役与拆除都要受环境保护、可供使用的技术、成本花费与价格、安全性和可靠性、必须遵守的法律法规和政治等因素的制约,并由这些因素的综合影响及对策来决定。
<Abstrcat>The decommissioning and abandonment of offshore platform is a systematic engineering which involves a lot of different regions such as environmental protection,available technologies ,engineering cost,safety and reliability,legal regulations to be complied with and political restriction,etc.This article briefly analyzes these factors and the technology of dismantling an offshore jacket type platform is introduced with a discussion on its present situation,and developing tendency in the future.
