摘要
盘式分流器具有极佳的方波响应特性,适宜于测量强流陡脉冲或作为标准测量装置校准其他同类型测量装置。本文从理论和试验两方面介绍以金属薄膜为电阻体的盘式分流器的方波响应特性的主要研究结果。理论分析表明,当被测方波前沿极陡时,即使电阻薄膜厚度为μm级,也要注意对波形的畸变。试验研究证实了理论研究结果。经陕西省计量部门标定,研制的盘式分流器方波响应上升时间小于0.3ns。文章还介绍了以盘式分流器为标准,校准其它强流脉冲测量装置的结果。
This paper describes the research results concerning the excellent step
response performance of the Disc shunt which takes the metal foil as resistor by
means of the theoretical analysis and experimental investigations. Results show
that the step response rise time of the developed Disc shunt is less than 0.3 ns.
The measuring signal, however, should be very carefully taken out. Otherwise,
the measured step response might be strongly distorted.
According to the comparative measuring technique, as a standard shunt, the
developed Disc shunt has been used to calibrate other kinds of shunt for
measuring pulsed power.
