长输管道内窥检测技术的推广及应用

The Application of Internal Corrosion Detection Technology in Long Distance Pipeline

克拉玛依油田的长输管道随着使用年限的增加,出现了因腐蚀、材质缺陷等问题引起的强度降低、穿孔等现象。采用内窥检测技术对管道进行了检测,查清了部分管道的状况。介绍了内窥检测技术的原理、现场应用和在克拉玛依油田的推广情况,对其经济效益和社会效益进行了综合评价。

The working principle, site application, application procedure, application methodology and economic evaluation of the internal corrosion detection technology (only MFL as an example) used in Kelamayi Oilfield are introduced. At present,the pipelines with different diameters in Kelamayi Oilfield are more than 2000 km in total lengthen which approximately 951. 2-km-pipeline uses MFL to detect corrosion. Based on the statistics,21. 3 million RMB yuan is saved by means of this technology. In the article,the application cases of the technology in several pipelines are provided.
