摘要
原油中的钙大部分存在于渣油中。根据钙的化学性质、原油中元素的存在种类及分布状况以及用酸性物质反萃取试验结果,推断出原油中钙可能以羧酸盐的形式存在。在此基础上,开发出几种具有较好脱钙效果的络合萃取脱钙剂,脱钙率在60％以上,且成本较低,为其工业应用打下了良好的基础。
Calcium in crude oil will harm the crude oil processing, most of which is existed in the residue oil. According to the chemical property of calcium, other types of elements and their distributions in crude oil, and the laboratory result of trans-extraction with acidic compounds, it was deduced that the calcium in crude oil was probably existed in the form of carbonate. On the base of the deduction, several complex extractants were found which decalcifi- cation rates were more than 60％ with low cost. The study could be the basis for industry application.
