摘要
针对某炼油厂加工原油品种繁多,且混炼比例变化大的特点,对原油蒸馏塔原模型软件系统进行了改进,使它能更好地适应炼油厂的生产。建立了该厂所加工原油的原油评价数据库及与之匹配的原油物性数据计算方法库,采用θ法加速收敛,提高了模型计算的收敛速度。
In regard to the speciality, such as processing different types of crude oils with changeable mixing ratio, of a refinery, some improvements were made on the original crude distillation model in order to make the software more suitable to present operation. The database of crude assay of the processing crude oils and the compatible method database for calculating the physical and thermodynamic properties of the crude oils were established. The θ method was used to accelerate iteration process in the calculation of the model.
