摘要
正如飞机降落需要有合理的着陆点、着陆倾角和导航方位一样 ,石油钻井中的井眼轨道设计与控制往往对靶点、入靶井斜角和入靶方位角也有明确的要求。为了满足这种要求 ,文章提出了井眼轨道软着陆设计的概念、数学模型、求解方法及设计实例。该方法适用于多目标井的靶区设计、三维水平井设计以及各种情况下的修正轨道设计。与传统的设计方法相比 ,该设计方法可以满足更为苛刻的井眼轨道设计条件 ,实现理想的软着陆设计目标 ,减少井眼轨道控制的工作量 ,从而可以提高机械传速、降低钻井成本。
The difinite coordinate, inclination and azimuth of the target are often required for the well-path design and control in directional drilling, just as an airplane landing which needs the rational landing point, dip angle and navigation azimuth. In order to meet the demand mentioned before, the concept and mathematical model of well-path soft landing design and its solving method as well as a design example are put forward in the paper. This method is applied to the path designs of multiple-target well and 3-D horizontal well and to the path correction design under various conditions. As compared to the traditional design methods, this method may satisfy much harsher well-path design conditions, realize ideal soft landing design aim and reduce well-path control workload, thus raising penetration rate and decreasing drilling cost.
