摘要 套管开窗侧钻是降低成本、增加产量的一种有效途径 ,由于设计的需要 ,有时需对老井的技术套管和油层套管的两层套管进行开窗 ,这就对工具的选择和施工工艺提出了一定的要求。DK6 8C井选取槽式斜向器及初磨式、窗口式、西瓜式等系列铣刀对该井 16 8及 2 4 4两层套管只用了 35 .2h就成功地实现开窗。文中提出工具和工艺的选择对套管开窗至关重要 ,特别影响开窗的周期和成本 ,而采用文中所提及的工具、工艺则能在较短的时间内实现双层套管的开窗 ,同时能有效地保证井下安全。 The casing window and sidetracking is one of effective ways to reduce production cost and increase oil production.Sometimes it is needed to cut the bilayer casings in one well because of program,including intermediate string and production casing.Therefor we need to choose special tools and technology.In well DK68C,we use whipstock and whipstock mills including starting mill,window mill and watermelon mill to cut the windows of 168.275mm and 244.475mm bilayer casings,and we only spend 35.2 hours to finish cutting the windows successfully.This paper expounds the structure and principle of the whipstock,the function of this series of mills and the technology of cutting window.The paper makers sure that it is very importand to choose the excellent tools of cutting window and correct technolgoy,especially it will effect the period and cost of operation.When we use the whipstock and the casing window technology describled in this paper,bilayer casing windows are cut saftly within short time.This technology is also useful for the cutting window of single layer casng.
