DEVELOPMENT OF NEW CEMENTING EQUIPMENT

介绍自行研制的新型固井工具———液压自动脱挂尾管悬挂器、自通径液压分级注水泥器和自灌自锁套管浮箍的结构、工作原理、技术参数及现场应用情况。现场应用证明三种工具设计合理、性能可靠 ,经济效益显著 ,能满足深井。

Three kinds of new cementing equipment are developed.They are hydraulic automatic unlocking liner hanger,automatic passing gauge cementing collar,and automatic fill-up casing collar.This paper introducts their structure,working principle,technical parameters and field application.It has been proved that the designs of three kinds of new tools are rational,their properties are dependable and economic benefit is outstanding.These tools can meet the needs of cementing of special wells such as the deep wells,the deflecting wells and horizontal wells.
