摘要
目的:探讨电针促宫颈成熟的效果与机理。方法:将妊娠晚期大鼠随机分为空白组、电针组、蓖麻油组和临产组。用高效液相色谱法测定宫颈羟脯氨酸含量,用放射免疫分析法测定羊膜前列腺素E2(PGE2)、血清白介素-6(IL-6)和白介素-8(IL-8)的含量。结果:电针显著降低了宫颈羟脯氨酸含量,显著升高了羊膜PGE2、血清IL-6和IL-8的含量。结论:电针具有促宫颈成熟的作用。其机理可能与升高羊膜PGE2、血清IL-6和IL-8的含量有关。
Purpose To explore the effect and mechanism of acupuncture for promoting cervical ripening. Methods Rats in the third trimester of pregnancy were divided into 4 groups: control group, electroacupuncture group, castor oil diet group and parturient group. Hydroxyproline content of cervix uteri was measured by HPLC, prostaglanding E2 (PGE2) of amnion, and serum IL-6 and IL-8 contents were determined by radioimmunoassay. Results and Conclusion Electroacupuncture can improve cervical ripening, which is related possibly to contents of increase of PGE2 in amnion, serum IL-6 and IL-8 contents.
