摘要
目的 建立稳定的大鼠同种异体耳廓移植模型。方法 将大鼠分为A、B、C三组。每组均以 10只SD为供体 ,10只WISTAR为受体进行原位及异位移植。原位移植的静脉选择颈外静脉 ,动脉选择颈外动脉 ,动脉吻合平面分别选择甲状腺上动脉及颌外动脉分支处 ;异位移植选择股动静脉。然后观察大鼠及其外耳廓的生存情况与组织学变化。结果 各组的外耳廓生存时间为 5~ 11d,而异位移植大鼠的生存率最高 ,外耳廓的生存及病理改变与原位移植无差异。结论 大鼠同种异体耳廓异位移植模型对于研究带血管的体表同种异体复合组织移植排斥反应简便易行 。
Objective To improve rat ear allograft transplantation model.Methods Rats were divided into three groups.Each group included 10 SD rats as donor and 10 WISTAR rats as recipient. In the orthotopic transplantation group artery anastomosis site located at external carotid artery near superior thyroid artery or external maxillary artery,venous at external jugular vein.But heterotopic transplantation group selected femoral artery and venous.The death rate of rat, survival of rat ear, and pathological changes were checked.Results The survival time of rat ear was from 5 days to 11 days in each group.Lymphocyte and monocyte were found in ear tissue after transplantation.The rat survival rate of heterotopic group was the highest and method was easy.The survival of rat ear and pathological changes were not different with those of orthotopic transplantation group.Conclusion This model is simple, practicable, stable and has its good using prospect on studying complex tissue and ear allograft rejection.
