本文简要介绍了量子过渡态理论的发展及现状,着重叙述了量子过渡态理论中的基本概念和理论建立过程中的主要思想和方法,本文不涉及理论的应用。

This paper puts emphasis on some basic concepts, the main ideas and methods in quantum transition-state theory and briefly discusses the reaction rate theory in condensed phases. No application of the theory is involved.
