Material Selection and Heat Treatment of Core Barrel

本文第一部分介绍了岩芯筒的失效分析,指出了选材及热处理工艺上的一些问题,第二部分讨论了岩芯筒选材问题,指出针对不同地层应选取不同的材料,第三部分研究了热处理工艺,提出了一些提高强韧性的措施。

In the first part of this paper, failure analysis of core barrel is made, defects of material selection and heat treatment technology of core barrel are pointed out. Material selection of core barrel is discussed in the second part. It is noted that different material should be selected according to different stratum. Heat treatment technology of core barrel is studied in the third part and some methods for inproving the toughness of the barrel are put forward.
