摘要
本文采用伽辽金法,对钢丝拉拔过程变形区的温度场进行了有限元计算。从而得出了钢丝温度与有关参数之间的定量关系,以及钢丝表面与中心的温差程度,为解决高速拉丝中的温升问题提供了有效的途径和方向。
By means of Galerkin's method, the temperature of deformation region in steel wire drawing was calculated with finite element method. The quantitative relation between temperature and parameters of wire drawing and the temperature difference between the facc and the centre of the wire were obtained, which provide a effective way and direction to solve the problem of temperature rise in high speed wire drawing process.
