摘要
为了对老旧砖烟囱进行隐患分析,解决其裂缝补偿及抗震加固等问题,本文结合太钢第一炼钢平炉车间3座67m高砖烟囱抗震加固的工程实例,概要记述了烟囱结构及实测动力资料,通过强度计算与分析,评定了烟囱的可靠性,针对所提加固方案,在3组烟囱模型试件的动静力对比试验研究基础上,论证了烟囱竖向裂缝的危险性,肯定了烟囱的加固效果;实测计算结果与试验所得规律基本符合,加固方案可行。
In order to solve the problem about hidden danger analysis, fissure compensation and aseismic strengthening of old brick chimney, in this paper three brick chimneys with 67m height at the first open-hearth steelmaking workshop of Taiyuan Iron and Steel Company are taken as examples and analysed. The structure and observed dynamic data of these chimneys are briefly described. The reliability of chimney is assessed by calculating its strength. In accordance with the strengthening programme proposed for these chimneys, the static and dynamic tests are conducted for three kinds of models of the chimney. Through the tests the risk of vertical fissure in the chimney is demonstrated, and strengthening effect of the chimney is confirmed. The calculated results are basically consistent with the regularities obtained in the test, which shows that the shrengthing programme is practicable.
