摘要
本文是一组讨论动力荷载作用下钢结构设计问题的下篇。文中论述动力荷载作用下利用钢结构塑性性能的现状,分析《钢结构设计规范GBJ17-88》范围内动力荷载的情况,并提出对该规范有关承受动力荷载的构件计算条文的修改建议。
This article is the second part of a serial of two papers on the design of steel structures under dynamic actions.The current situation of utilizing the plastic property of steel structures is first discussed and then the dynamic loading within the scope of applicability of the 'Specification for the Design of Steel Structures,GBJ 17-88' is analysed. The study finalizes with suggestions on amendment of some provisions of this specification relevant to calculation of members under direct dynamic actions.
