眼球结膜微血管瘤临床价值探讨

A Study on the Clinical Meaning of Microaneurysms of the Conjunctival Vessels

在716例中老年人眼球结膜微循环检查中,对微血管瘤的发生率进行了分析,结果表明:健康人组和高血压组、动脉硬化症组、糖尿病组之间微血管瘤的发生率没有显著性差异(P>0.05)。对认为微血管病在高血压病、动脉硬化症、糖尿病中显著高发的观点及其有关临床指标提出了不同的看法。同时发现了两种新形态的微血管瘤。

In this paper,an analysison the occurrence rate of microaneurysms is made through the conjunctival microcirculatory examination of 716 cases,in order to trace clinical meaning of the conjunctival microaneurysms and to use ex- actly this clinical index in clinical microcirculation.The result shows that the occurrence rate of the microaneurysms is 28.6% in the group of healthy in- dividuals;25.8% in the group of hypertension;22.2% in the group of diabe- tes;19.3% in the group of arteriosclerosis;30.2% in the group of chronic bronchitis.There is no obvious significance among these groups (P>0.05). The result has showed some differences from the point that there is a distinct high occurrence rate of microaneurysms in hypertension,arteriosclerosis, diabetes and the clinical index relasive to microaneurysms.In the examina- tion 2 new kinds of microaneurysms have been discovered.
