用流纹质浮石合成13X和NaP型沸石的研究

摘要 通过200多个产物分析,用流纹质浮石成功地合成了白度达94.5—97的贫铁13X型沸石,该沸石具有较高的Ca^(2+)、Mg^(2+)交换率,可以替代洗涤剂中的三聚磷酸钠(STPP),成本低,不污染环境;此外,产品还有黄白色NaP型和NaP+13X型沸石,可用以除去食用油脂中游离的不利成分等. Through testing and analyzing more than 200 samples of molecular sieve synthctized by the vitric pumice and selecting the optimum synthetic technological process and condition, the 13X type of zeolite contained lean iron with whiteness up 94.5-97 has been synthetized.It is found that the zeolite is of a higher exchange rate for Ca^(2+)and Mg^(2+),a lower produclion cost and it is without environmental pollution,so the zeolite can be used to replace the sodiumtriphosphate in the detergent,and the NaP,NaP and 13X type of zeolite with white colour can be used for adsorbing the free impurities in the edible oil.
