摘要
本文选择60名(120只眼)孕妇作受检者,30名(60只眼)相同年龄未孕妇女作对照组。用Schiotz眼压计测眼压,证实了中期和晚期妊娠妇女的眼压显著低于对照组(P<0.01),晚期妊娠妇女的眼压显著低于中期妊娠妇女(P<0.01),为诊断和治疗孕妇青光眼和探讨用性激素治疗青光眼提供了依据。
In this paper 60 pregnant women (120 eyes) as sub-jects and 30 non-pregnant women (60 eyes) of thesame age as control were examined by schiozophthalmotonometer. It was proved that the intraocularpressure of the pregnant women at middle and ad-vanced stages of pregnancy was lower unan that of thecontrol group (P<0.01), and the intraocular pressureat the advanced stage of pregnancy wasobviously lower than that at the middle stage(P<0. 01). It is of importance for the diagnosis andtrcatment of glaucoma and also provides the data forthe further research on the trcatment of glaucoma withsexual hormones.
