85 cases of bone transplantions with vessel anastomosis for repairing large segment bone defects resulting from various osteopathias have been performed in the past 10 years.The technique for fixation between donor and recipient ends in the defect area was discussed in details.The author suggests that the techniques be applied according to the site,range and shape of the defects,and the anatomical charactaristics of transplanted bone with vessel anastomosis.
