摘要
实验结果显示:生理盐水对照组小鼠的血清溶菌酶含量(μg/ml)为5.31±0.72,益气养血保元方组为7.02±0.44(P<0.01);生理盐水对照组小鼠的MΦ吞噬率(%)及吞噬指数分别为14.58±2.01和0.1826±0.043;益气养血保元方组分别为52.48±4.12及0.7249±0.1222(P<0.01);益气养血保元方组的MΦ中ANAE及ACPasea活性比生理盐水对照组小鼠明显提高。说明益气养血保元方对小鼠血清溶菌酶活性及巨噬细胞活性有正性作用,提示益气养血保元方具有生物反应调节剂BRMs的作用。
The experimental results show that serumlysozyme quantity (μg/ml) of NS control group miceis 5.31±0.72 of preseription OQP group mice was7.02±0.44 (P<O.01). The experimental results showthat phagocytic percentage and phagocytic index of NScontrol group mice MM are 14.58±2.01 and 0.18260..43, respectively, of preseription OQP group are52.48±4.12 and 0.7249±0.1222 (P<0.01),respectively, The ANAE and ACPase activity of Mφin preseription OQP gruoup are elevated signilicantlythan in Ns control group. Ali of these show thatpreseription OQP has positive action on serumlysozyme activity and macrophage activity. It hasbeen proved that prescription OQP has the action ofbiological response modifier(BRMs).
