摘要
本文报告了10例与预防接种有关的婴幼儿急死案例,其直接死因多为暴发性流脑。并对预防接种与婴幼儿急死的关系进行了初步探讨,认为在疾病潜伏期内进行疫苗接种有一定的危险性。
In this paper we reported 10 cases of sudden in-fant death involved with inoculation of which the directcauses were mostly epidemic cerebrospinal meningitis,fulminant form. The relationship between inoculationand sudden infant death was discussed briefly. It wasconsidered that there were some risks to certain degreeto be given inocultaion in one's incubation period ofmi?ctious diseases.
