当前城市居民求医流向与致促因素初探

Primary Research on the Flow of Citizens to Seek Medical Advice and Promotive Factors

本文通过对湖北省城市10810名居民和8所不同层次综合医院的调查,统计分析了当前城市居民的求医流向及其致促因素。指出当前城市居民存在向高层次医疗机构求医的不合理倾向。认为这种倾向的产生与医疗保健制度、卫生资源、医疗服务质量、患者年龄、病种、病情,心理状态、经济条件及交通等因素有关。提出通过改革医疗保健制度、合理分配卫生资源、提高基层医院医疗技术水平、调整不同层次医疗收费标准等途径将有助于促进分级医疗和求医者的合理分流。

This paper analyses statistically the flow of citizens to seek medical advice and promotive factors by surveying 10810 residents and 8 genenal hospitals in some cities of Hubei province.It is an unreasonable inclination that citizens seek medical advice in larger hospitals,This concerns many factors. They include health care system,sanitary resources quality of medicals Services,ages,kinds of disease,psychological factors,economic status,traffic and so on.It is proposed that we should reform health care system,add up and dispense sanitary resources reasonably,raise medical levels of primary hospital so that citizens will seek medical advice in a reasonable way.
