自身免疫性甲状腺炎和甲亢原位免疫电镜研究 被引量:4

摘要 利用ABC免疫酶技术和一组淋巴细胞亚群、巨噬细胞,HLA-DR抗原的单克隆抗体及免疫电镜技术观察了10例甲状腺炎,7例甲亢伴甲状腺炎,6例甲亢。结果发现甲状腺内有大量活化T淋巴细胞浸润。引人注目地是甲状腺上皮细胞可异常表达DR抗原,且随着淋巴细胞浸润的增多,炎性破坏加重,甲状腺上皮细胞DR抗原的异常表达亦增多。I_2^+、T_8^+、T_4^+细胞、M_5^+细胞和Leu7^+细胞均可与甲状腺滤泡上皮细胞接触并侵入上皮细胞内。免疫活性细胞的直接杀伤作用,可能是甲状腺上皮细胞受损的重要因素。 Tru--cut specimens thyroid tissues from 10 casesof autoimmune thyroiditis (AT), 7 cases ofthyrotoxicosis with thyroiditis and 6 cases of Gravesdisease (GD) were analyzed by immunoelectronmieroscopy using monoclonal antibodies specific for Bcells, T cell subsets, macrophages natural killer cellsand HIA--DR antigen. We found that many activatedT cell were present in thyroid gland. Most important-ly, thyroid epithelial cells also expressed HLA--DRantigen and the number of DR^+ thyroid epithelial cellswas significantly inereased in thyroid gland with intenselymphocytes infiltration and severe destruction ofthyroid architecture I_2^+ cells, T_8^+ cells, M_5 cells,T_4^+, cells, and Leu 7^+ cells were frequenly found to bem close contact with the thyroid epithelial cells and toinvade them mediated by cytotoxic T cells maybe to blame for the contribution of the destructionof the thyroid gland.
