呼吸道合胞病毒肺炎细胞免疫的观察

STUDY OF CELLULAR IMMUNITY IN RESPIRATORY SYNCYTIAL VIRUS PNEUMONIA

本文对15例RSV肺炎进行了T淋巴细胞亚类及淋巴细胞反应的检测,其结果:CD_3全部低于正常,均值为37.7±6.8%,CD_412例低于正常,均值为28.5±9.2%,CD_810例低于正常,均值为19.1±6%。与对照组相比均有明显差异,CD_4/CD_8为157±0.57,与对照组相比无明显差异,LTT全部明显低于正常值,实验室结果表明:RSV能严重抑制细胞免疫,引起继发免疫缺陷。

Tlymphocy te subset and reactions of lymphocytein is cases of respiratory syncytial viurs(RSV) we?tested. The result was that All CD_3 were below nor-mal value, the average was 37.7 ± 6.8%; 12 cases ofCD_4 were below normal value, the average was28.5±9.2%; 10 cases of CD_8 were below normalvalue, the average was 19.1±6%; the above indeeeswere significantly different from those in controlledgroup respectively, the average value of CD_4/CD_8 was1.57±0.57%, there was no significance betweenCD_4/CD_8 and controlled group, all LTT weresignifiontly below normal value. This experimentalreaults showed that RSV could severly supress cellularimmunity and cause secondary immunodeficiency.
