摘要
全世界 2 /3的 Nature和 Science论文是由大学发表的 ,3 /4的诺贝尔科学奖是由大学获得的。其中 ,前 1 0 0名的大学发表的 Nature和 Science论文占大学发表总数的 3 /4左右 ,获得的诺贝尔科学奖占大学获奖总数的 94%。我国大学发表的 SCI论文占全国发表总数的 3 /4,前 5 0名的大学发表的 SCI论文占大学发表总数的 3 /4。事实雄辩地证明 ,名牌大学是知识创新体系的核心。必须尽快启动“中国名牌大学国家知识创新试点工程”,将我国名牌大学纳入国家知识创新体系的核心。
Two thirds of the articles in Nature and Science are published by university faculties and three forths of Nobel prizes in sciences are awarded to university faculties. In the meanwhile, three forths of the articles in Nature and Science published by university faculties are from the top one hundred universities; 94% of Nobel prizes in sciences awarded to university faculties are received by top one hundred universities. In the case of China, three forths of the Science Citation Index (SCI) papers authored by Chinese institutions are published by Chinese universities, while three forths of the SCI papers authored by Chinese universities are from the top fifty universities. It may be concluded that top universities are the core of knowledge innovation system. Therefore, top Chinese universities must be included in the core of China's National Knowledge Innovation System.
