肺结核患者红细胞免疫状态的研究

THE STUDY OF RED-CELL IMMUNITY STATE IN PATIENTS WITH PULMONARY TUBERCULOSIS

采用酵母菌花环法检测了44例肺结核患者红细胞C_3b受体活性及免疫复合物粘附量,并对其中15例进行了C_3b受体对血清免疫粘附抑制因子及促进因子反应的观察。结果表明,肺结核患者C_3b受体花环率及免疫复合物花环率均明显高于正常对照组(P<O.01);患病时间不同的患者之间无明显差异(P>0.05);与正常对照组相比,肺结核患者C_3b受体对正常人血清中的免疫粘附抑制因子的反应性无明显改变(P>0.05),而对免疫粘附促进因子反应性增强(P<0.01)。

The activity of C_3b receptor (C_3bR) and the adiker-ent quantity of immune--complex(IC) were measuredin 44 patients with TB. And the reaction of red cellC_3bR to the inhibitory and promotive factors in serawere measured in 15 of these patients. The resultsshowed that the rate for C_3bR and IC rosette forma-tion in patients were significantly higher than that in thecontrol (P<0.01), and that in the patients, over 3years or not, were no difference(P>0.05). The reac-tion to sera inhibitory factor in patients was no differ-ence, compared with that in the control (P>0.05).But the reaction to sera promotive factor in patientswas signilicantly higher than that in the control(P<0.01).
