高校德育的困境与提高德育效力的对策

The predicament of moral education in Chinese higher education and countermeasures to improve the effect of moral education

社会生活的极大变化、道德的世俗化和多元化、教育的重知主义倾向以及大学生自身因素的共同影响 ,使当前我国高校德育面临着支持系统乏力和效力欠佳的困境。必须通过营造良好的德育环境、激活学生的道德需要、重塑合理的道德理念、确定恰当的德育目标、开辟多样的德育途径等措施 ,来提高高校德育的效力。

Due to the radical changes in social life, the secularization and pluralization of morality, the emphasis on theoretical knowledge, and due to personal factors in college students themselves, moral education in college and universities is in the predicament of lacking powerful supports and lacking favorable effect. To improve the effect of moral education in colleges and universities, a sound moral environment must be constructed to activate the students' moral need, rebuild appropriate moral beliefs, fix a proper moral objective and open various moral channels so that the effect of moral education can be improved.
