刺激交感神经对耳蜗血流的影响

摘要 本文应用激光微循环血流计监测豚鼠耳蜗血流量,观察刺激交感神经对耳蜗血流的影响。发现电刺激颈交感神经仅能使少数动物的耳蜗血流轻度下降、由此推测,交感神经对耳蜗微循环的调节可能没有重要作用。 The cochlear blood flow (CBF) of guinea pigswas monitored by using laser Doppler flowmeter to ob-serve the response of CBF induced by electricstimulation to the cranial ceivical ganglion ofsympathitic nerve. We found that stimulating cervicalsympathetic nerve could make CBF of a few guinea pigsdecrcase lightly. It was supposed that sympatheticnerve plays less important role in CBF control than ex-pected previously.
