摘要
用^(75)Se-亚硒酸钠示踪制备的小鼠整体放射自显影显示,在亚硒酸钠大剂量静注后迅速经血运广泛分布于全身各器官组织内。其中在肺、肝、肾、心肌、胰、肾上腺内有最高浓度分布;在鼻粘膜、唾液腺、脾、胸腺、淋巴结、棕脂肪(Brown Fat)、骨髓、软骨和骺板、泪腺、胃肠粘膜、皮肤内有高浓度分布;在脑、骨骼肌、眼球内有低浓度分布。^(75)Se还可透过胎盘分布于胎鼠体内。到注入后24h,大部分的体内^(75)Se已被排除,尿硒为主要排泄途径。从脉冲计数表明,注入体内的^(75)Se主要是以与蛋白质结合的形式积存于器官组织内,而只有极少部分是以三氯乙酸可溶的形式分布于体内。
The [^(75)Sc] sodium selenite was injectedintravenously into mice and the distribution was studiedby whole body autoradiography. The ^(75)Sc was rapidlydistributed in the Various tissues of the body after theinjection. The highest concentration was seen in thelung, the liver, the Kidney, the cardiac muscle, thepancreas and the adrenal; the high concentration wasseen in the nosal mucosa, the salivary gland, the spleen,the bone marrow and epiphyscal plate, the lacrimalgland, the gastric and intestinal mucosa and the skin;and the low concentration was seen in the brain, theskeletal muscle and eyes. Our studies have also showna pronounced uptake of ^(75)Sc in fetal tissues. In 24hours after the injection, radioactivity was very lowlevel in the body. The incorporation of ^(75)Sc into pro-teins was investigated in many organ and the resultshave shown that the main part of ^(75)Sc is in the proteinfraction and only lits verylittele part is in thetrichloroacetic acid soluble faction.
