The non-listed companies face the problems of sur-vival and development after they are separated from the listed oilfield companies.The connotation,features and modes of capital operation are briefed from the point of view of a non-listed company in this paper.Plans and measures of capital operation are presented based on anal-ysis of the situations facing service companies.
