摘要
针对目前油田用于离心泵的密封装置因液体中含有固体颗粒而容易磨损失效的问题 ,设计了浮动螺旋复合密封装置。这种密封装置采用非接触迷宫螺旋密封型式 ,克服了固体颗粒造成的磨损 ;浮动螺旋结构可自动适应密封压力 ,自动补偿螺旋磨损 ,自动适应泵轴串动 ;在离心泵启动、停车和装置过度磨损时 ,内置机械端面密封发挥作用。室内和现场试验表明 ,在现场的密封效果接近于室内试验 ,在密封压力低于 0 2MPa时基本实现了零泄漏 ,经数千小时的试验 ,未发生任何故障 。
The sealing device in the oilfield centrifugal pumps is apt to be worn and fail owing to the existence of solids in the liquid. Therefore a floating spiral compound-sealing device is designed. The new sealing device adopts non-contact labyrinth spiral sealing mode, prevents the wear caused by the solids. The floating spiral structure is designed to automatically adapt the sealing pressure, to compensate automatically spiral wear and adapt shaft play. When the centrifugal pump is started and stopped or the sealing device is overworn, the build-in mechanical end seal will come into action. Tests show that the sealing device operated well and no leakage occur at a pressure less than 0.2MPa.
