摘要
为了满足油田高含水期分层堵水采油的要求 ,研制了新型分层采油管柱与工具。新型分层采油管柱由上部的泵抽油管柱和下部的堵水管柱两部分组成 ,研制的井下工具有定深装置、滑套开关器和电动开关控制仪。电动开关控制仪由油套环空下到设计深度 ,依靠定深装置 ,通过接箍定位器将仪器精确定位在滑套开关器内 ,由地面控制电源给电动开关控制器供电 ,撑开对接爪 ,上提电缆 ,完成滑套开关控制器的打开和关闭动作 ,实现相应层段的生产和封堵。江汉油田清河采油厂 3井次的现场试验表明 ,这种管柱和工艺的现场施工成功率达 10 0 % 。
To meet the need of separate-layer water plugging in high water cut oilfield, new separate-layer production string and tools are developed. The separate-layer production string is comprised of the upper oil pumping string and the lower water plugging string. The production tools developed are depth setting device, sliding sleeve switch tool and electric switch controller. The operating principle of the new string and tools is described. And the field use status is commented. The new string and tools can carry out water locating and water plugging and oil production in arbitrary zone.
