摘要
建立了高温高压油气井测试、采油等作业中因井筒温度发生变化导致的套管附加载荷计算模型。模型考虑了套管的温度效应、膨胀效应、屈曲效应和流体的热膨胀效应、体积压缩效应等因素 ,适合于计算温度变化引起的悬空套管段的围压与轴向力变化。以文中模型为基础 ,能够方便地编程计算任意井身结构的套管温度载荷 。
A mathematical model for calculating the additional load on casing because of temperature changing during testing and production operation in HPHT well is established. This model takes such factors as temperature effect, inflation, buckling, thermal expansion effect of fluid, and volume compression, etc, into consideration. It can be used to calculate the changing confined pressure and axial force of the suspending casing section, due to temperature variations. Basing on this model, it is easy to edit computer programs to calculate the casing load in any casing program, and analyze the casing failure conditions.
