摘要
针对目前热采注汽管柱伸缩补偿器无法隔热、热损失较大、现用热采封隔器密封效果较差等问题 ,研制出FO - 15 2稠油注汽热采封隔器 ,由普遍采用的面密封改为线密封 ,取消了伸缩管 ,动力件采用动力记忆金属合金制成 ,并具有动态密封性。主要对该热采封隔器的研制、工作原理、特点及现场应用情况等进行了论述 ,实践证明 :该封隔器结构简单、性能可靠 ,既节约了成本 ,又提高了注汽质量 ,并减少了套管损坏 。
FO-152 packer using in steam injection well was developed with novelty design, unique structure and thread seal method. It cancels the telescoping string, and dynamical piece is made from memory alloy. The packer also has performance seal character. The development, work principle and specialty and field using instances of this packer are discussed. Practices indicate that this packer has simple structure and reliable function. Better effect, such as saving cost, reducing casing damage and enhancing steam injection quality, have gained when is being used. The state patent number of the packer is 00252598.4.
