焦炭塔缺陷分析及防范措施

THE DEFECT ANALYSIS AND PREVENTION ON COKE DRUM

安庆分公司炼油厂两台焦炭塔 ,1 987年投产到 2 0 0 1年 6月底已运行了 2 1 1 0个生产周期。目前塔身多处鼓胀变形 ,并存在多处夹渣、气孔、未焊透和裂纹等缺陷。作者按CVDA— 1 984“压力容器缺陷评定规范”的要求 ,对焦炭塔进行了脆断分析、先漏后断分析和疲劳分析 ,认为 :所有缺陷均可保留 ,在操作条件下可以安全使用。同时 ,对焦炭塔今后返修和操作中应注意的问题提出了建议。

Two sets of coke drum of Anqing branch company refinery had been operated for 2110 production periods since put into operation in 1987.At present the shell of coke drum is ballooning deformation at a lot location,and has many defects of slag inclusion,gas cavity,lack of fusion and fissure etc.On the basis of CVDA 'pressure vessel defect evaluation code',the brittle failure analisis,leakage before failure analysis and fatigue analysis of coke drum were carried into effect.The results show:All the defects may be kept,under the operation condition the service is safe.The matters needing attention for repair from now on and operation of coke drum are proposed.
