DAMAGE REASON AND STRUCTURE IMPROVEMENT ON ROOF LINING OF ETHYLENE CRACKING FURNACE

着重分析了裂解炉炉顶衬里经常损坏的原因 ,介绍了把原上下层铺式陶纤炉衬结构改为左右层铺式及陶纤模块结构的方法及其优点。

The reason of roof lining often damage for ethylene cracking furnace was analized emphatically.The original top bottom bed spread method been changed into left right bed spread method and module structure method was recommened briefly.The repair method after local damage of roof lining and oridinary maintenace were proposed simultaneously.
