川西坳陷新场气田浅层气藏开发技术难点及对策 被引量:15

摘要 针对川西新场气田浅层蓬莱镇组气藏地质特征 ,归纳总结了气藏开发技术难点主要为 :气井单井产能低、递减较快、单井控制储量小、稳产期短、各气层储量动用差异大、生产压差大、井口压力较低、层系划分不明确、难以确定剩余可采储量的分布、井筒积液严重。为解决生产中出现的问题 ,分别从三维地震精细描述研究、编制气藏工程设计、加砂压裂增产技术、老井修井挖潜技术、配套采气工艺、难动用储量评价研究等方面进行了攻关并取得了适合川西浅层气藏开发的一系列技术方法 ,并提出下一步需要研究的方向。 In light of the geologic characteristics of the shallow Penglaizhen Formation gas reservoirs in Xinchang field in West Sichuan D epression,the technical difficulties in developing these gas reservoirs are main ly summarized as low individual well productivities,rapid production decline,sm all single well controlled reserves,short production rate maintenance stages,a great difference among the producing reserves in various gas reservoirs,large p roducing pressure drops,low well head pressures,unclear stratigraphic division, difficulty in determining the distribution of residual recoverable reserves and serious wellbore liquid cumulation,etc.In order to solve these problems mentione d above,some key research projects,such as 3-D seismic fine description,writing gas reservoir engineering design,sand fracturing technique,old well workover tec hnique,matching gas production technology and badly producing reserve estimation ,etc.,were undertaken.A series of technical methods suitable for the shallow gas reservoir development in West Sichuan are found out and the research trend nece ssary for the next stage is proposed in the paper.
