摘要
随着油气勘探的发展 ,深井、超深井、超高压井将会越来越多 ,勘探开发的领域必然向地层深部进军。深井试油工艺涉及多门学科 ,技术难度大 ,面临着许多突出问题 :深井测试工作薄弱 ,实践经验不足 ;缺乏深井测试工艺技术的研究机构和人员 ;缺乏深井试油的基础理论研究 ;缺乏有关国外超深超高压含腐蚀流体的井的测试及完井技术的科技情报等。文章介绍了新 85 1井这一高温高压高产气井的测试工艺控制技术 :利用静气柱精度公式准确地预测了最高关井压力 ,确保了井口安全 ;把美国预测深气井测试时的井口最高温度的经验公式与新场气田实际情况相结合 ,求得不同产量下的井口流温 ;根据井口流温准确计算出采用三级降压时防止水合物形成所需的加热量 ,并采取了合理的保温措施 ,确保了测试时地面流程畅通无阻 ,安全顺利地完成了该井的测试工作 ,为高温高压气井测试提供了宝贵的实践经验。
Along with the expansion of oil an d gas exploration,deep well,superdeep well and superhigh pressure well will be d rilled more and more and the deep lying strata must be turned into the major ta rgets for oil and gas exploration and development.The poduction testing technolo gy of deep well deals with many scientific disciplines,has great difficulty in t echniques and faces with many outstanding problems as insufficient practical exp erience because of weakness in deep well testing works;lacking in the research o rganization and personnel being engaged in deep well test technology;lack in the research on the basic theory of deep well production testing and lacking in for eign scientific and technological information about the testing and completion t echniques of the superdeep,superhigh pressure and corrosive fluid bearing well s,etc.The control techniques of testing technology of well Xin-851,a high tempe rature,high pressure and high production well,are introduced in the paper,i.e. to predict accurately maximum shut in pressure by static gas column accuracy fo rmula so as to ensure the safety of wellhead;to acquire wellhead flowing tempera tures at different production rates by combining the empirical equation of predi cting wellhead temperature during testing in the USA with the actual situation i n Xinchang gas field;to calculate accurately the heating quantities needful for preventing hydrates from being formed according to wellhead flowing temperatures when 3 stage depressurization is used;and to guarantee the surface flow paths unblocked by applying some reasonable heat insulated measures so as to finish t he testing works in the well smoothly and safely,thus providing valuable practic al experiences for and high temperature high pressure gas well testing.
