摘要
针对地方高校举办学报的特点,分析了地方高校学报目前的现状与问题,进而提出借改刊（版）重新定位市场,积极组织高质量的优秀稿件,努力扩大多层次的发行渠道,尽可能增加广告收入,全方位提高编辑的综合素质等有关发展壮大地方高校学报的对策。
In view of the characteristics of running journals of local colleges and universities, this article analyzes the current situation and problems of running journals of local colleges and universities, hence, the authors put forward some countermeasures to develop the journals of local colleges and universities, which deal with reorientation to the market by revised edition, organization of the excellent articles, extension of various publishing channels, increase of the advertisement income as much as possible, and overall improvement of the editors' comprehensive quality as well.
