摘要
本研究检查了绿色木霉和啤酒酵母之间的关系,对提高木霉纤维素酶活性和产生大量的细胞蛋白质的条件进行了探索。在木霉接种24小时后接种酵母。混合培养后,葡萄糖等还原糖被较快地利用,纤维素酶相应在较早时间产生,而且纤维素酶活力相应有所提高。此时滤纸糖化型纤维素酶活力提高26%。终产物菌体蛋白氨基酸组成不同于单独培养木霉的氨基酸成分。
Fermentation with mixed cultures of the cellulolytic fungus Trichoderma viride A10 and the yeast Saccharomyces cerevisrae was examined. The experimental results showed that more repid utilization of glucose was obtained and cellulase was produced at a correspondingly earlier time, when a yeast was added to the shake flasks containing Trichoderma viride. Filter paper activity(FPA) was increased 26% and β-glucosidase was increased more than 2 folds. The cell protain yield was increased and the amino acid compositsion was improved a little.
