Knowledge Economy and Human Capital

在知识经济时代激烈的国际竞争中 ,谁拥有世界一流的人力资本 ,谁就能够掌握经济发展的命脉。知识经济是更人性化的经济 ,更能体现价值规律的经济 ;人是创造价值的根本力量。对知识经济与知识价值论 ,开发人力资源是创造知识价值的源泉 ,以及人力资本与经济增长等问题作了研究和分析。

Whoever owns the first class human capital will control the economic lifeline in the process of international intensified competition at this era of knowledge economy. Knowledge economy is one with more humanized characteristics, however, human beings are the fundamental creating value. Some problems such as knowledge economy and knowledge value theory, theory that developing human resources is the source of creating knowledge value, relationship between human capital and economic growth are analysed and investigated.
